Key Responsibilities
- Preparing plans and strategies to mobilize youth for various training programmes
- Executing plans like road shows, Job melas, youth meetings, canopies-seminars and many other events
- Counsel, advise, mentor youth to avail courses
- Should be able to achieve the targets of specific numbers every quarter
- Manitain good contact with Principals, Students and traniers
- Regular visits to colleges to understant to make sure a smooth run
- Well aware of geographical locations
