    • This step consist of written assessment on technical/work related skill where you have to score at least 70%.
    • A personality test is administer to check your cultural match to the organization.
    • Followed by a skill interview.
    • An HR interview is conducted via telephone to offer the post and freeze on remuneration, date of joining, terms of contract, etc
  3. OFFER:
    • Your HR single point of contact will share the list of documents required for submission.
    • Have an active discussion with our recruiters and receive your final offer.
    • Confirm your acceptance to the offer and initiate your notice period with your current employer.
    • A background verification will be conducted based on the documents you have submitted.
