Domain knowledge –  Operations, Strategy, Education, Sales
Reporting – Direct reporting to the management. Director & CMD ( as per allocation)

Main Objective of the Role – Bring in enrollments for paid courses; Achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the executive team, provide strong leadership and support and encourage the company’s values
  • Recruit, motivate and retain a high performing delivery-focused operations team (300 + people across India)
    Set clearly defined goals and objectives to ensure the team achieves excellence and grows client satisfaction
  • Develop strong lines of communication within the team, across the broader organisation, with suppliers and most importantly with clients
  • Drive operational efficiencies and ensure both operational and financial goals are exceeded
  • Introduce external bench marking to measure how the function is performing against key competitors
  • Ensure all IT solutions are designed, tested and implemented within budget, on time and to a standard that exceeds defined project requirements
  • Identify ways for the operations team to improve the client engagement model, by ensuring that processes, procedures and controls are in place to deliver 100% client satisfaction
  • Work closely with the other members of the executive team to help define the broader strategy and direction of the company
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications- A minimum of 15+ years leadership experience in Education and professional services, which includes successfully building and managing successful, customer-focused operations, service delivery and support functions of a similar (100+ people) that follows best practices
  • Proven track record of success within a similar Education/ Skill Development Services/ Training & Recruitment.
  • Experience of developing and implementing processes, procedures and controls to improve client satisfaction and loyalty, as well as drive operational efficiencies
  • Leadership experience of incident, problem and change management
    First-class leadership and people management skills
    Proven ability to motivate and inspire others to over perform, whilst fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to build solid, trusted relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels
  • The ability to stay calm and perform under pressure and handle complex, urgent matters quickly and efficiently
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment and at ease with change and transformation
